Who created the program?


The program has been created by our team at The Westberry Institute, which is made up of
data scientists, psychologists, a psychiatrist, a tech entrepreneur, and a member of a “US
Intelligence Agency”

Together, our team has spent over 10 years developing a method based on neural-
mechanisms, psychology, data meta-analysis and human behavior.




How does the program work?


Every Friday, you will be sent an email to your inbox at 5pm local time.

The email gives you a quick, easy-to-follow mental exercise to complete each week, a quick primer about the science behind the exercise, as well as a short video from our team to embed the positive changes.

It’s all done in a bite-sized, non-demanding way from the convenience of your home.




Is the program based on science?


Yes. It is based entirely on scientific approaches for combating high stress, common worries and micro-anxiety.

The program is the first comprehensive, multidisciplinary method for treating stress and anxiety. It draws on more than 2,4000 research studies and incorporates just the 0.1% of methods that are proven to work.

The proven disciplines it combines are cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology, mindfulness and meditation.

No. There are no hard-to-escape lock-in contracts or costly ongoing payments. The cost is just a single, one-off fee of $89.




How long does the program last?


The program lasts for 8 weeks and involves one new exercise each week which will be sent to you at 5pm each Friday.




How long does it take each week?


Each week’s exercises are split into four simple steps that will take you approximately 15-20 minutes.




How do I take the course?


The course is entirely online. All materials are sent directly to your inbox. It is as simple as opening a web browser, unlocking your iPhone or watching a video.




What if I am busy and can’t do it at 5pm on Friday on one of the weeks?


This is no problem. The program is designed to be completed on-demand to best fit your schedule. Simply complete the week’s exercise as soon as you can after the materials are delivered to you.
