Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more about our programs here

Who created the program?

The program has been created by our team at The Westberry Institute, which is made up of
data scientists, psychologists, a psychiatrist, a tech entrepreneur, and a member of a “US
Intelligence Agency”

Together, our team has spent over 10 years developing a method based on neural-
mechanisms, psychology, data meta-analysis and human behavior.

How does the program work?

Every Friday, you will be sent an email to your inbox at 5pm local time.

The email gives you a quick, easy-to-follow mental exercise to complete each week, a quick primer about the science behind the exercise, as well as a short video from our team to embed the positive changes.

It’s all done in a bite-sized, non-demanding way from the convenience of your home.

Is the program based on science?

Yes. It is based entirely on scientific approaches for combating high stress, common worries and micro-anxiety.

The program is the first comprehensive, multidisciplinary method for treating stress and anxiety. It draws on more than 2,4000 research studies and incorporates just the 0.1% of methods that are proven to work.

The proven disciplines it combines are cognitive behavioral therapy, neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology, mindfulness and meditation.

Isn’t worrying just part of normal life?

No. This is a dangerous misconception.

Feeling stressed, anxious, tense and even nauseous is anything but normal. This is your body and mind trying to tell you something. It is a signal that there is an imbalance that needs to be addressed.

Does the program work for everyone?

80,000 people have completed the program and to date it has an extremely high 94% success rate. It has also been shown to be 200% more effective than other mainstream solutions available today.

Will I be diagnosed like there’s something wrong with me?

No, not at all. This program is not about attaching a negative label to how you are feeling.

You will not be given any “diagnosis”. Instead, you will be provided with personalized exercises that are proven to relieve stress and anxious feelings. It’s designed in a way that is entirely customizable to your situation.

I only have minor anxious feelings, is this program right for me?

Yes. In fact, this program is specifically designed for people who are dealing with everyday worries, stress and anxiety, whether these are related to work, your relationships or just life in general.

How much does the program cost?

The program is just $1.50 per day (for 8 weeks) for a total of $97. Just a fraction of what you would pay a psychologist, psychiatrist or for medication.

Are there ongoing monthly payments or contracts?

No. There are no hard-to-escape lock-in contracts or costly ongoing payments. The cost is just a single, one-off fee of $97.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts for 8 weeks and involves one new exercise each week which will be sent to you at 5pm each Friday.

How long does it take each week?

Each week’s exercises are split into four simple steps that will take you approximately 15-20 minutes.

How do I take the course?

The course is entirely online. All materials are sent directly to your inbox. It is as simple as opening a web browser, unlocking your iPhone or watching a video.

What if I am busy and can’t do it at 5pm on Friday on one of the weeks?

This is no problem. The program is designed to be completed on-demand to best fit your schedule. Simply complete the week’s exercise as soon as you can after the materials are delivered to you.

What are the benefits of the program?

The program is proven to provide long-lasting, sustainable mental comfort. This includes reducing worrying, stress and anxious feelings.

People who complete the program report feeling more in control, calm and generally happier and more fulfilled.

I have trouble sleeping because of racing thoughts, can this program help?

Yes. A racing mind at night is one of the most common and clearest signs of anxiety and stress. The exercises contained in the program specifically target the causes of these negative thoughts at night to help you get more deep, restful sleep.

Won’t my anxious feelings and stress go away on their own eventually?

This is often the trap people fall into. Without taking action it’s alarmingly common for minor worries and negative thoughts to turn into debilitating anxiety and panic attacks over time. Even if they only feel minor today, it is important that you seek support to address feelings of anxiety, stress and worry.

Does the program involve any face to face sessions?

No. We know that sitting in a therapist’s office talking to a stranger is daunting and uncomfortable. That’s why this program has been designed to be done entirely online in your own comfortable, personal space in complete privacy.
